Do Good Week, powered by SHARE Omaha is a five-day celebration (April 19 - April 24) dedicated to meeting a wider variety of needs in our community.
Pottawattamie County Community Foundation is proud to partner with SHARE Omaha during "Celebration Saturday" on April 24 to provide 12 - $1,000 prizes from area businesses and supporters. The 12 cash prizes will be awarded to southwest Iowa nonprofit organizations participating in this year's Do Good Week event.
The Charles E. Lakin Foundation donated funds to PCCF to help us renovate our existing structure and build the Florence M. and Charles E. Lakin Center for Community Giving.

Our communities are made strong by working together and creating a culture that embraces diversity and thrives on inclusivity. We grow and flourish when our citizens feel valued, protected, welcome, and regarded as equals.
At the Pottawattamie County Community Foundation, we are committed to helping our Southwest Iowa communities grow and thrive. We support and espouse a culture defined by true philanthropy, which is defined as “love for humanity.” We stand firmly in support of creating a culture that ensures all people feel safe to be their whole selves, and enjoy justice and equality regardless of race, color, sex, ancestry, ethnic or national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, age, disability, gender identity or expression.
